Basically, I am a demographer. I did my PhD work at Population Studies Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata. The title of my PhD thesis is "Cohort Fertility Patterns of Indian Women Through Growth Curve and Regression Models".

I am Dr. Samba Siva Rao Pasupuleti, Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics, Pachhunga University College Campus, Mizoram University (A Central University), Aizawl, India. I did my PhD work at the Population Studies Unit, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, and obtained my PhD degree in statistics from the University of Calcutta in the year 2012. Demography and biostatistics are my core research areas.
