I hold a Master of Population Studies (MPS) degree, during which I did a term paper titled "Understanding Socio-Economic and Demographic Factors Influencing Acceptance of Male Sterilization: A Comparative Study in India." Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Population Studies. My research focuses on infertility, reproductive health, and demographic behavior. I have worked on a secondary data-based paper titled "Role of Sexual Activity Patterns and Awareness of Fertile Period on Primary Infertility among Couples: A Study from NFHS-5 (2019–21), India." My areas of interest include family planning, fertility behavior, infertility, and the intersection of socio-economic and demographic factors in shaping reproductive health outcomes.

I am Shubhi Yadav, a Research Scholar pursuing a Ph.D. in Population Studies at the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai. I hold an MPS from IIPS and have a strong academic background in Geography and Education. My research interests include reproductive health, fertility and infertility, family planning, and socio-demographic analysis. I have presented at national and international forums, authored a peer-reviewed publication, and conducted data-driven research using NFHS datasets. Skilled in STATA, SPSS, and NVivo, I am passionate about addressing population issues through data analysis and policy research to drive evidence-based change in reproductive health and family planning.
