Experience

I have completed the Master in Population Studies from IIPS Mumbai in the year 2004-05. Later on, I pursued and completed my PhD from the same institute, and was awarded a PhD degree in Population Studies in 2011. Since joining the Department of Economics, Pondicherry University as an Assistant Professor in 2010, I have been offering Population Studies, and Health Economics as elective courses. Many students have benefited from these courses. Moreover, courses prepared by me, including Migration and Development, Economics of Ageing, and Urban Economics, have been approved to be offered in the upcoming semesters.
